ESDR 2022 Amsterdam: Meeting Format Explainer
The 51st Annual ESDR Meeting 2022 will be run as a face-to-face event.
We will continue to monitor the pandemic situation in The Netherlands. For the moment, large scientific events are being run at our meeting venue without major difficulties.
We recognise that for institutional or personal reasons some delegates would prefer not to travel to the ESDR meeting in person. Therefore, virtual registration options are available.
Face-to-Face vs Virtual Comparison
Registration Rates
Registration rates are the same for delegates attending the physical meeting and those attending the virtual event only. In our view, the scientific program has an equivalent value regardless of how it is accessed – much like a scholarly journal.
My name is Kaique Arriel and I submitted a paper to the 51st Annual ESDR Meeting 2022 that was approved for the poster category. During the submission, I registered to apply for the scholarship. I would like to know if the list of selected to win a scholarship has already been published.

Good evening. Are poster prize winners informed before the ceremony? What if a winner is only registered virtually to the congress?

Poster prize winners will be informed by email before the ceremony. If you are a virtual attendee you are still eligible for a prize.

Unfortunately I cannot download the ESDR app (the App Store tells me it is no more available in my country) and I am not even able to access the ESDR meeting through the website, because it requires a password (but I have not received any specific password, and the one I use to access the conference portal does not work). I was regularly registered for the online event and I have regularly paid the due amount (reg. n. 22020-0514).

Thank you for your email, we will investigate about the app, the ESDR app was available wolrdwide and our other particpants from Italy were able to download it.
The web app has been modified, please find the link below. You should be able to access it now whi the email you use to register.

I am unable to access the on-demand portal. It says I have no permission, although I registered for ESDR. Please advise
