Poster requirements

  • Your E-poster, written exclusively in English under penalty of being refused, must be in PDF format (.pdf), in vertical orientation (portrait), size A0 (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm)
  • The ESDR 2025 e-poster template we recommend using for your presentation is in the correct format. You must summarize the co-authors’ competing interests related to this presentation and for the past five years on your e-poster. If you do not have any, please indicate “No conflict of interests.“
  • Each e-poster is limited to one page

POSTER UPLOAD

Before uploading your final file

Please check your poster for spelling and grammar and make sure to upload the final version of your poster. Any changes to your poster can only be requested until 30 August by e-mail to esdr2025@key4events.com

In case a presenting author is not available to present the accepted abstract, a co-author must be appointed to present the abstract and must be registered, please inform ESDR 2025 Meeting Secretariat at thomas@esdr.org about this change.

  • You must upload your e-poster to the submission platform before the announced deadline
  • This file will be available for on-site viewing from September 10 to 13, 2025

You will not be able to make any corrections to your file in the preview room.
