On Thursday 10 September 2025, we will be hosting a welcome reception in the ATRIUM area.

All participants are invited to unwind and connect over a light buffet and drinks. It’s a perfect opportunity to mingle with old friends and make new connections.

FUTURE LEADERS NETWORKING DINNER

Wednesday 10 September 2025
19:15 – 22:00

This Dinner will take place in an offsite venue, approx. 15 minutes walk from the congress venue, no buses will be arranged.

Attendance is free, but pre-registration is required.

Priority will be given to alumni from ESDR’s Future Leaders Academy, Summer Research Workshop Attendees and Global Health Fellows. Additional places will be made available for alumni of future leader programs from sister societies (SID, JSID, KISD, TSID, ASDR etc) and young scientists not in the above categories.

All participants of the networking event must attend the Future Leaders Symposium on Wednesday 10 September
