ESDR 2026 Poster Guidelines

Posters Presenters will be personally invited to upload their poster via email. Should you have not received the email, kindly contact our e-posters partner at:

Upload deadline: 3 September at 18.00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)

Poster requirements

  • Your e-Poster, written in English, must be in PDF format (.pdf), in vertical orientation (portrait), size A0 (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm)
  • We recommend using the ESDR 2026 e-Poster template as this is already in the correct format.
  • Please indicate any conflicts of interest.
  • Each e-Poster is limited to one page.

POSTER UPLOAD

Before uploading your final file

Please check your poster for spelling and grammar and make sure to upload the final version of your poster. You can make changes to your poster and reupload it via the link in your email until 3 September at 18.00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)

In case a presenting author is not available to present the accepted abstract, a co-author must be appointed to present the abstract and must be registered, please inform ESDR Office at office@esdr.org.

  • You must upload your e-poster to the submission platform before the announced deadline
  • This file will be available for on-site viewing from 9 to 12 September 2026
  • Please announce any change to the presenting author of the poster.

You will not be able to make any corrections to your file in the speaker ready room in Heidelberg.
